- Home in East Sacramento, Land Park, Curtis Park, Sierra Oaks, Arden, Del Dayo – Price between $700,000 – $1,200,000
- 3+bedroom, 2 bathrooms – would like at least small yard and some updating
- Home in Gold River – price up to $850,000
- 3+bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1,600 square feet or larger – would prefer some updating and single story
- Home in East Sacramento, Land Park, Curtis Park, Midtown or Downtown – Price between $600,000 – $950,000
- 3bedroom (or 2+office space), 1+ bathrooms – would like at least small yard, garage or storage shed, and loves older homes character and charm
- Duplex or two units on 1 lot in East Sacramento- Up to $900,000
- Looking for a property where each unit is similar in size (though not specific on the size or number of bedrooms), single story, and preferably partially updated
- Condo Unit in the 4100 Folsom Blvd Building
- Looking for a property on the 6th floor or higher.
