- East Sacramento, Land Park, Curtis Park, – Price between $650,000 – $1,000,000
- 2+ bedroom, 1.5+ bathrooms – (prefer 3 bedrooms, but 2 bedrooms with space for 3rd bedroom would work
- East Sacramento – Price between $750,000 – $950,000
- 3bedroom (or 2+ office space), 1+ bathrooms – would like at least small yard, garage or storage shed, and loves older homes character and charm
- College Greens – Price up to $500,000
- 3+ bedroom, 2+ bathrooms, preferably with some grass in yard
- East Sacramento, Sierra Oaks – Price up to $1,500,000
- 3+ bedroom, 2+ baths, updated, and looking for at least small yard with grass for pet, big kitchen.
- Rosemont (and surround areas), College Greens/Glenn, Tahoe Park, Oak Park, Colonial Heights, Tallac Village, West Sacramento (open to other areas in city core) – Price up to $450,000
- Condo or Single Family Home, more than 1,000, garage and usable driveway for multiple cars, updated or priced to allow for updates
- Downtown, Midtown, Land Park, Curtis Park, East Sacramento – Price up to $650,000
- Looking for a property with equity potential, especially things that are more unique, period, or charming.
- Land Park – Price up to about $750,000
- 3 bedroom, 2 bath (1.5 bath would work) – small yard with grass
